Patrick Brady's Hypnosis Center

Patrick Brady became interested in hypnosis at Northeastern University in the late 1960’s after several courses in psychology that made reference to the subject. His is interest peaked in 1980 by taking a course in forensic hypnosis given by Dr. Martin Reiser, Director of Behavioral Sciences for the Los Angeles Police Department.

Upon returning, Brady, while a member of the Boston Police Department,  had several successful felony cases solved by hypnosis.  This initiated the formation of the Boston Police Hypnosis Unit, a Unit he started and directed for the next ten years.  As Director, He personally conducted over 500 Forensic Hypnosis sessions for the Boston Police as well as the F.B.I.; U.S. Postal Service, ATF, and various other Federal, State and Municipal Police Departments throughout the country.

 

Patrick Brady is now in private practice at Marina Bay in Quincy, Massachusetts and since 1985 and has been specializing not only in forensic hypnosis, but also in smoking cessation, weight loss, stress reduction, fear of flying, self image, peak performance, preparation for surgery, recovering after surgery, preparation for exams, anxiety/ panic attacks, and more.

In 1983, Patrick Brady was an invited Faculty Member and Presenter at the prestigious International Congress on Ericksonian Approaches to Hypnosis and Psychotherapy, at Phoenix, Arizona.

 

In 1998 Patrick Brady was inducted into the Hypnosis Hall of Fame, Valley Forge, Pa. and presented the Sealah Award for Forensic Hypnosis
